TV Show Host/ Executive Producer/ Founder

Wash Allen, a veteran television/radio personality with over 40 years in the broadcast industry.  Allen started out as a teen DJ at WDIA in Memphis, Tennessee.  His career path to Houston went first through Nashville, Detroit, Cleveland, and Washington D.C.  He has been an on-air personality on KCOH Radio (1430 AM) since 1971 and is presently the host of the popular “Confessions With Wash Allen” daily radio talk show on KCOH Radio.  Allen became Houston’s first African-American TV host in 1969 with the weekly TV show ” Talent Unlimited” at CBS affiliate KHOU-TV Channel 11: the show aired for more than four years.  For more than a dozen years, Allen’s golden-toned voice was heard nationwide when he hosted the ABC Radio Network’s syndicated weekly show “Wash Allen’s Saturday Night Dusty’s Party” on the Solid Gold Soul format.  In 1992, he had a weekly primetime TV version of his radio show “Confessions with Wash Allen” on Channel 39 (Gaylor Broadcasting).

Through the years, he has developed a large and loyal TV and radio Fanbase.  A nationally recognized radio personality, Billboard Magazine name him as one of the top three broadcasters in the United States and he was awarded Billboard’s Annual Radio Programming Forum Award.  In 2004, The Houston Press Newspaper named “Confessions with Wash Allen” as the “Best” radio talk show in Houston, and in 2005, he received another accolade as the “Best” radio talk show host in Houston.  Wash Allen endorses products and other services to his audiences, including the Wash Allen Pecan Praline Candy from Gussie’s Kitchen and the historic Wash Allen Happy Feet Dance.

Judy Foston is president and founder of Foston International Inc. a full service multi-media company founded in 1984, after working for Forutne 50 companies nationaly in sales and marketing.  Judy has developed a successful track record spanning over 30 years in media, sales/marketing, public relations, special events, promotions, and advertising.  Judy is a determined woman, who has broke many barriers in the marketing arena and has many “firsts” in her Resume.

Judy has also created and produced a host of shows: Created and executive produce: Sammy Davis, Jr. Awards TV Show for 10 yeas aired on Channel  (NBC Affiliate) and Channel 13 (ABC Affiliate); Variety Celebrity Revue TV Show, Channel 13; Executive produced: Confessions with Wash Allen TV Show, Channel 39; The Wash Allen TV Show, Chanel 13 for over 9 years; and Wash Allen for over 20 years.

Judy has been the mastermind over several local and national projects such as the recent International Financial and Leadership Summit and Awards Gala, American Tennis Association National Championship in Houston, Colgate’s Bright Smiles Bright Future National Kickoff Campaign and many other local and national events.  Judy formed an alliance with R.W. Productions, who develops and produces compelling content for the Entertainment and Corporate Industries.  Presently, Judy serves on the national board of directors of Sisters Network Inc.  and the Houston Chapter of NAACP.  Judy was the past president of Variety-The Children’s Charity of Houston for three years.  Judy has received many awards and recognition nationally for her work in her industry and the community.

He has extensive experience in IT Business Solutions, cross border finance structuring, Real Estate Financing, and Commodities.  Mr. McCall served as International Business Director of IFFG, Ltd. and Managing Director of Worldwide Capital Partners, LLC.  IFFG was chartered in Bermuda with offices in the United States.   As Int’l Business Director, he manages International negotiations by initializing cross border agreements and finalizing securities and foreign currency exchanges to finance large projects for foreign governments and corporations.  IFFG serves as custodian and fiduciary for securities to enhance the value of those securities through acquisitions, mergers or collateralizing funds for select Opportunities/Projects.  Mr. McCall cliental are elected leaders of Local Municipality City, County, and School District, United States publicly held Companies, Private/Non-Profit Corporations, Credit Union, Foreign Public Company, and Foreign Governments. Mr. McCall clients are located throughout USA, Asia, Africa, Canada and Europe.

Entertainment & Media

Mr. McCall has a passion with the broadcasting industry.  Executive Producer of a Talk Radio & Television Programs that Airs on ABC Radio Network, ABC-Channel 13, KCOH AM radio, PAX television, former Gaylord Communication ch-39.  Mr. McCall actively structure the contracts, financing, and raise capital for producing Talent Shows within Texas major cities, Dallas, Houston, Beaumont and San Antonio.

Gussie Jefferson

Wash Allen’s Pralines
Gussie Jefferson is the COO and creator for Wash Allen’s Pralines.  She operates the day to day duties including successfully getting the product into Kroger and Fiesta retailers.  She is the owner of 2 Tax Preparation offices in the Houston area, and a dedicated member of Windsor Village Methodist church over 25 years.


Ms. Jefferson attended Jack Yates High School and Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas earning an Associate Degree.   She was previously employed by Mobil Oil Refinery in Beaumont, Texas and later employed at HISD as Teacher where she worked within the Special Education Program.

Marzie Fayne

Ms. Fayne has been an administrative specialist for nearly 10 years.  She has great knowledge of general accounting principles, and has been responsible for all phases of school accounting in the Memphis Tennessee Schools.  She is an expert in preparing proposals, grants, reports and other documents for educational institutions and has been a valuable asset to The Wash Allen Foundation.
